Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and ThryveSol Academy when you use this website, submit an application, or enrol in a programme. Please read them carefully — by applying you accept them in full.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing the ThryveSol Academy website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Rules & Regulations, and our Privacy Policy, which together govern your relationship with the Academy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an application.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and able to attend live classes at the scheduled times.

You must provide accurate, complete information in your application. Providing false details may lead to cancellation of your enrolment without refund.

3. Applications and seat confirmation

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Places are limited per cohort and are confirmed only after your details are reviewed and your fee is verified.

Each application receives a unique student ID that you can use to review your status at any time.

We may decline or cancel an application at our discretion, for example where the cohort is full, the applicant does not meet the requirements, or the information provided cannot be verified. Any fee already paid in such a case is refunded in full.

4. Fees, payment, and instalments

The current programme fee is PKR 15,000 unless a different amount is stated on the programme page at the time you apply.

Fees are paid by bank transfer to the account details shown during the application. You must upload a clear payment proof so the transaction can be matched to your record.

Where an instalment plan is offered, the schedule is agreed in writing before the programme starts. Missed instalments may pause access to classes and materials until the balance is cleared.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the student's responsibility.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests must be made within seven calendar days of enrolment and must meet our refund eligibility criteria. After seven days, no refunds are issued.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source, typically within fourteen working days.

If ThryveSol Academy cancels a cohort before it starts, students receive a full refund or a transfer to the next intake, at their choice.

No refund is due where a student is removed for breaching the Rules & Regulations, or where a student simply stops attending.

6. Programme delivery and changes

Programmes are delivered live and online by ThryveSol mentors, supported by recordings, assignments, and project reviews.

We may adjust schedules, session order, mentors, tools, and curriculum content to keep the programme current or to handle unforeseen circumstances. Learning outcomes remain equivalent, and material changes are announced in advance.

A class postponed for operational reasons is rescheduled rather than cancelled.

7. Intellectual property

All Academy content — curriculum, recordings, slides, templates, starter files, brand assets, and this website — is owned by ThryveSol and protected by law.

Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use this content for their own learning during and after the programme. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or use in a competing course is prohibited.

You keep ownership of the projects and assignments you create. You grant ThryveSol permission to showcase your completed project work, with credit, in Academy portfolios and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Student accounts and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your student ID, class links, and community access private. Do not share them with anyone outside your cohort.

Conduct in classes and community spaces is governed by our Rules & Regulations, which are part of these terms.

9. Certificates

Certificates are awarded on merit to students who meet the attendance, assignment, and final-project requirements. Payment of fees alone does not entitle a student to a certificate.

Certificates confirm completion of a ThryveSol Academy programme. They are not an academic degree and are not accredited by a government education authority.

10. No guarantee of employment

Our programmes are built around practical, job-focused work and we provide portfolio and career guidance where offered, but we do not guarantee employment, freelance income, internships, or any specific financial outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

The website and programmes are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThryveSol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the site or participation in a programme.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total fee you paid for the programme concerned.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, platform failures, or public emergencies.

12. Third-party tools and links

Programmes may use third-party tools and platforms for classes, hosting, design, or version control. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to classes, materials, or community spaces where a student breaches these terms or the Rules & Regulations, or where a fee remains unpaid.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time by writing to academy@thryvesol.com; refund eligibility remains as described above.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. We ask that you raise concerns with us first so we can resolve them directly.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms & Conditions can be sent to academy@thryvesol.com, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

By submitting an application you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
