Rules & Regulations

Last updated 13 August 2026

These Rules & Regulations keep the Academy a focused, professional, and respectful place to learn. Every applicant agrees to them before enrolling, and they apply for the full duration of your programme.

1. Attendance and punctuality

Programmes run for twelve weeks with two to three live classes each week. Students are expected to attend every scheduled session and to join on time.

If you must miss a class, inform your mentor in advance. Recordings help you catch up, but they do not replace live participation, mentor feedback, or class exercises.

Attendance below seventy-five percent may make you ineligible for the completion certificate.

2. Respectful behaviour

Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy in classes, chats, and community groups.

Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, personal attacks, spam, and disruptive behaviour are never acceptable and may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal without a refund.

3. Assignments and deadlines

Assignments, quizzes, and projects must be submitted by the stated deadline unless your mentor grants an extension.

Repeated late or missing submissions may affect your progress review and your eligibility for the final project and certificate.

4. Academic integrity

Submit your own work. Copying another student's project, purchasing work, or passing off someone else's code or designs as yours is plagiarism.

AI tools may be used to learn and to speed up routine work, but you must understand and be able to explain everything you submit.

Confirmed plagiarism can result in a failed assignment, a withheld certificate, or removal from the programme.

5. Course materials and sharing

Recordings, slides, PDFs, templates, and starter files are provided for enrolled students only.

Sharing logins, re-uploading recordings, or selling and distributing Academy content is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund and further action.

6. Fees and refunds

The programme fee is PKR 15,000 and must be cleared before your seat is confirmed. Instalment options, where available, are agreed in writing before the programme starts.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of enrolment if you meet the eligibility criteria. After seven days no refund requests are accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available where a student is removed for breaching these rules.

7. Official communication

All class links, schedule changes, and announcements are shared only through our official channels: email, WhatsApp, and the Academy community group.

Keep the contact details on your application up to date; we are not responsible for missed information sent to an outdated address or number.

8. Technical requirements

Students are responsible for a working laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection, and a headset or microphone suitable for live classes.

Install the required software before the first session. Technical issues on the student's side are not grounds for a refund.

9. Certification

A verified certificate is issued to students who meet the attendance requirement, submit the required assignments, and complete the final project to the standard set by their mentor.

Certificates carry a unique ID that employers can verify with the Academy.

10. Academy rights

ThryveSol Academy may update schedules, mentors, learning materials, and these Rules & Regulations when necessary. Significant changes are communicated through official channels.

The Academy may suspend or remove any student who repeatedly breaches these rules, after a written warning where circumstances allow.

Student declaration — by proceeding with your application you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all of the above Rules & Regulations throughout your enrolment.
